Deposit

• Payment upon reservation of 30% of the price of the stay. The reservation is only effective upon receipt of the deposit.

Bail

• Payment upon reservation of a deposit check of 300.00 Euros which will not be cashed unless at the end of the stay damage was noted during the inventory of fixtures.

• Return period: 14 days.

Cancellation conditions

• You will be reimbursed up to 100% if you cancel your stay at least 14 days before the date of arrival.

Shortened stay

Arrival departure

• Arrival at the gîte will be from 4 p.m., SIXTEEN HOURS (except by agreement with the owners in cases where the gîte is vacant the day before).

• Your departure must be effective before 11 am, ELEVENTH HOURS for reservations from Saturday to Saturday.

• For the weekend: arrival Friday from 4 p.m. and departure Sunday at 6 p.m.
